Shipping and Returns
At Organically Baby, we know that it is important to that our customers' orders are shipped as quickly and cost-effectively as possible. We do everything possible to keep our shipping rates low for our customers while shipping orders quickly.
We currently use the services of the USPS for our shipping needs and have found both to be quite fast and reliable. Please note that all of our shipments are insured!
Orders will ship within 24 hours or receipt excluding weekends and holidays.
Free Shipping Coupons and Offers will be shipped with the service of our discretion. Although all shipping resources will show as options during checkout, Free shipping cannot be guaranteed to use the option that the customer has chosen. We will ship your order to you as quickly as we can do at reasonable cost and that almost always means that you order will be shipped USPS Priority or First class with a 2 Day delivery time.
Also, this only applies to orders received Monday through Friday and excludes postal holidays.
At the time your order ships, we will confirm your shipment and provide a tracking number for your order (if available).
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Transit times vary depending on the service and distance that your package has to travel.
USPS Priority Mail is typically the lowest cost for the fastest service for U.S. deliveries.

Tracking Your Packages
You will receive one or more tracking numbers on the confirmation e-mail we send you when your order is shipped. This tracking number can be used to check the status of your package at our shipping carriers' online stores:

International Shipments: Customs, Duties, & Taxes.
International shipments may be subject to customs fees, import duties, taxes, and other charges. These additional charges required for customs clearance are not included in the shipping fees are are the responsibility of the recipient. www.OrganicallyBaby.com has no control over such charges and cannot provide any estimates for fees expected. Please contact your local customs office for further details

Organically Baby Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items (skincare or dispsable diapers) within 90 days of delivery for a full refund or credit of the items in your order. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc). Return shipping and insurance costs are the responsibility of the buyer except for incorrect or defective items.
Items must be in new condition
Items must be returned with original packaging and accessories (no need to return the organically baby tissue/wrapping paper - it is recycled and recyclable so please recycle it :-)
Shoes and clothing must be in unworn/unwashed condition with original tags attached
In most cases we are able to process returns and exchanges within 24 hours of our receiving them.
We Strongly recommend that return shipments are insured. We insure all of our shipments as a precaution against loss/damages incurred during shipping.
You should expect to receive your refund within two week of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many (most) cases you will receive a refund much more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
We almost always issue a refund or credit within 24 hours of our receiving the returned item if it meets with the return conditions.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
